Jam band music and concerts

Langerado is a music festival that’s been bring cultures together since 2003. Usually held in Florida, Langerado is the host to a multi-genre music festival that takes place for three days. Most bands are jam bands that improvise a lot of songs live in front of Langerado’s tens of thousands of attendees. Many famous artists like moe, STS9, The String Cheese Incident, and many more have played their over the years. Unlike most long (three to four day) festivals, Langerado doesn’t allow campers. If you want a three or four day camping adventure with a cool atmosphere, I’d suggest Summer Camp, Bonnaroo, or Rothbury. Such camps focus on art and comedy as well as music. However, for those coming from out of state, there are a wide variety of campsites near the festival. Langerado 2009 is going to be held March 6,7, and 8 and will be hosted at Bicentennial Park. The band line up has already been announced, and can be found on our Langerado 2009 update page. There’s no doubt it will be another hit with such artists as Snoop Dogg, Umphrey’s McGee, and The Disco Biscuits will be appearing.
